Nous avons été déçu des prestations.
Embarquement sur le bateau annoncé pour 12h (ce qui est différent des autres compagnies). N est en fait pas du tout respecté. (On nous explique que c’est à partir de…,) nous avons finalement embarqué à 16h sur un bateau globalement mal entretenu sentant mauvais. Avec le réservoir de gasoil et d’eau non remplis!!.
Notre Dufour  390 normalement est équipé d’une plancha arrière. (Ce qui, d’ailleurs nous avez fait choisir ce bateau) la plancha était hors service (et a priori depuis longtemps car complètement oxydée). La responsable m’explique que ce n’est pas de sa faute…
Nous lui avons fait part de notre mécontentement au moment de l’embarquement, elle nous a proposée de nous rembourser et de ne pas prendre le bateau….(d’accord mais on fait quoi ? on rentre a la maison??) Apres avoir lourdement insisté l’extra pour le paddle nous a finalement été remboursé.
Après notre départ, nous avons rencontré d’autres problèmes: gps déréglé (ce qui est potentiellement particulièrement dangereux ) douche arrière ne coulant pas, hublot de coque qui fuit!, accastillage particulièrement usé, tambour d enrouleur dévissé, tiroir ne fermant pas…….
Je ne relouerai pas de bateau avec cette compagnie.
L’Entretien du bateau laisse à désirer

We discovered a perfect charterer. Service from the beginning at the top, everything clear at our arrival, very friendly, helpful and professional personnel. The boat was in perfect condition and the technical support during the sail of two weeks was rapid and clear. nothing broke during the two weeks. Checkin and -out went perfectly.

Great boat (Dufour 390 GL-3, 2019) and great service by Yates Mallorca.  The boat was in excellent condition; exactly as we expected it.
John and Anja from Yates Mallorca are wonderful people and very kind client-oriented.  The first day briefing was comprehensive and professional and John almost immediately answered to Whatsapp questions when/if needed.  Anja addressed a few request about equipment and taxi efficiently.
Marina La Lonja has basic equipment (one clean ablution block) and is well located, very close to Palma old town, restaurants and supermarkets.

Not recommended, very unprofessional.
We had a very bad experience as they withdrew €210 from our credit card without notice, alleging a late check out and 10 extra hours of cleaning (on top of the 10 hours already paid in advance for an 18 meter boat). Be careful with the staff as they contradict each other to make some extra money! When we returned the boat, one employee reviewed the boat and signed the papers certifying the good conditions of the boat. The same employee repeatedly ensured us that we could checkout late at no extra cost as the cleaning staff was going to arrive later than expected the following morning. We left the boat at around 10am as agreed and we did not see anyone around nor someone came to tell us we had to leave or we would be charged. A couple of weeks later they withdrew €210 from our credit card with no notice stating that 2 cleaning people had to waited for 2 hours at the cost of €35 per hour each (definitely not a reasonable rate for a cleaner in Spain) plus we were charged with some extra cleaning time which was not justified. This is absolutely ridiculous and we will proceed with legal actions. We suggest potential customers to avoid this charter!

After our original charterer ran into a motor issue with the boat, Yates jumped in and provided us a ship within one hour of our call. On top, the boat was much better and the service superb. I rented quite a few boats n the past but was the very first time that NOTHING in board broke.  Admitted, boat (Jeanette) was relatively new,  about two years, but that is a plus too.
The pre-charter communication with Anja was pleasant and prompt. John, who runs the Yates operation on the dock, was friendly. Actually, his good spirit was not lowered a Bit by the stress on the day of changing boats/charter guests.

Wie immer alles PERFEKT!
Dieses Jahr waren wir (zum ersten mal) mit der Saona 47 unterwegs - die Jahre zuvor mit Einrumpfbooten.
Service - Sauberkeit - Technik und Zuverlässigkeit sind wohl sonst auf der Insel so nicht wieder zu finden!
Vielen Dank an John und sein gesamtes Team - nicht zuletzt für die Empfehlung diverser Buchten und Routen.
